Annual dues investment is based on your size of operation and includes membership in both the MGCOA and the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA). Membership is open to existing privately held golf courses (both public and private). Courses owned by resorts or in conjunction with real estate development are also eligible, as are lessors of golf facilities who operate on a for-profit basis.
